I find this book to be a great reference tool, as it is so clearly laid out into individual chapters on areas like blood sugar, candida, and the vitamins and then explains how food combining can assist in ensuring we have the right balance to teat these symptoms. I especially like the acid/alkaline chart of foods.
Jackie Habgood's writing style makes taking in the information very easy. This book made me commit the food combining as the benefits are made so clear. I would recommend this book to new and experienced food combiners alike.
