50g Seedless raisins
225g Raw carrot
3x Tablespoons Singe Cream

Carrot and Raisin Salad

This makes a great side dish to any maim meal or for a tasty snack

1. Grate the carrots
2. Mix all the ingredients together

TIP: You might want to soak the raisins for 2 hours for a softer texture. You can serve this on a bed of lettuce and season with sea salt and pepper to taste.
